DIRECTIONS:  The SPARK office is on the second floor of City Hall Annex, 900 Bagby Street between Walker & McKinney Streets. Metered parking is available at the City Hall Annex Lot, entrance on Walker Street just past Bagby. Watch immediately for the driveway down the northeast side of the building as you cross the intersection of Walker and Bagby. Additional parking is available at Tranquility Park parking garage.

You will have to show your ID to get a visitor’s tag and enter the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Use the lobby phone to call our office (dial 30911), then we’ll come out to greet you.
